Tricksey's boozey rum note is a festive opening.  Hints of Lime, Vanilla, and spice tingle underneath and flow into a solid expression of earthy Patchouli, Tonka, and Balsam resins.

True Story.  Once upon a dream I worked in a tiny little theater (previously a 19th century corset factory) located in an itty bitty small town in middle earth America.  In this utterly charming place materialized Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick fame with his rocked-out entourage to attend his son's band, Miles Nielsen and The Rusted Hearts (if you don't yet know Miles' band, you need to give a listen, trust me).
 
Rick and I got got to talking and it turned out he desired a recreation of a cologne he procured on an family island vacation years ago.  He had been nursing the last of the precious bottle.  So I told him I could give recreating it a try.  Later, he stops by my perfumery with his treasured bottle of the juice.  A rich Bay Rum melange with island plant matter suspended therein.  A brilliantly aged sunshine and island groove.  
 
Tricksey is my version of this groovy island jamjuice.  While it is impossible to recreate something like that exactly, I came close and I dig what I came up with.
 
The People Creature Series is a collection of scents custom composed for real humans but because of their belovedability, they begged to be shared.
 
Tricksey is formulated and blended by hand in Tinkerbell size batches by Doreen in the classical French perfumery method.  The composition measures between 8% - 12 % aroma materials to alcohol diluent by weight.

This Eau de Parfum wears light and sheer with surprising richness.  It will not overpower people nearby, merely enchant. Longevity is 3-8 hours depending on skin type and activity. During that time the scent will open and transform.
 
The perfume arrives tucked in a sachet bag filled with spanish moss, dried roses, and a genuine Faerie.
